Yesterday we went to Waters' Edge for the first time on a Tuesday for several years. The place was full of bullfinches, but we could only find 4 Lesser Redpolls, and no Siskins. The was a dearth of wildfowl with no Pochard, Ruddy Ducks or anything out of the usual. A Goosander flying over was the largest surprise. The Kestrel and single drake Goldeneye are from Far Ings on Friday.
