Self Isolating Garden Wildlife

The other morning about 6.30 a dog Fox slipped into the garden.  Some baby Rabbits were out, but as it approached they spotted it and escaped back to their burrow.  The Fox sniffed down their tunnel, but had to leave without a meal.  We have now had 5 species of butterfly: Brimstone, Comma, Small Tortoiseshell, Peacock and Green-Veined White.  It has so far proved impossible to photograph the first and last species on that list.  This morning a strange cheeping started.  It was a little like a hoarse Chaffinch or Bullfinch.  It got louder, but the bird itself remained elusive.  After an hour or so it flew into the open, it was the first of that species for more than a decade: a bright yellow Budgie.  Again, no photographs I'm afraid.
