Wind on the River Bank

On an extremely mild day we were able to enjoy a walk in the sunshine towards the river bank.  There were over 30 species in the morning, but the increasing wind in the afternoon meant that after lunch many fewer species were identified.  A Red Admiral was seen in the afternoon, and a dragonfly species in the morning by Elaine, who also found this lovely pair of Stonechats.  We did manage a prolonged view of a Kingfisher at about 11am, which was the longest view Louise had ever enjoyed!
