Menorca in Late September

Tony Robinson has recently returned from Menorca.  Previously we've had his photos from the same location in May and June, and now it is the turn of late September.  Of course, some of the species are the same as we sometimes see in the UK.

Nice account with some great photos. I remember when I was there some years back Booted Eagles seemed the most common raptor. The photo captioned male Copper Demoiselle isn't a demoiselle at all. Looks like a Willow Emerald to me.

OOPS sorry Conehead54 is correct the photo captioned male Copper Demoiselle is a Willow Emerald damselfly but the female is indeed a Copper Demoiselle. I've given myself a slapped wrist for that one !!!
