A Few Bits & Pieces from Spurn

Today I had to pop into Spurn to get my Spurn Radio frequency changed.  After that my nephew and I had a look for a little wildlife, but it was rather on the quiet side.  There were 2 Lizards outside Canal Scrape hide, and a few butterflies and a drake Common Scoter at Kilnsea Wetlands.  On the walk from the hide to the screen the Avocets behaved as if we were on the Farne Islands, and they were practising to be Arctic Terns!
