Mainly Deja Vu

Thursday was a rerun of last Wednesday, and most of the sightings were very similar. That description is here

One difference was a Lesser Redpoll, which flew over the woodland, and then landed in a very tall willow directly above where we were standing. It remained long enough for everyone to spot its dark bib and very forked tail. There had been an influx of Blackcaps, but a single Whitethroat and Lesser Whitethroat could be heard in the morning, but they were impossible to track down.
